抽選申込の注意事項



1. For lottery sales, priority will be given to those who actually visited the venue.

・If the number of applications from people who actually visited the venue on the day exceeds the number of bottles sold, a lottery will be held for [visitors only].
・If the number of applications from visitors is less than the total number of bottles, the remaining number will be drawn among other applicants.

2. Applications are limited to one bottle per item per person.

・This time there are 10 types of private bottles! It is possible to win multiple bottles. Please select only the bottles you really want and apply.
・You can only apply for one item per person. (Multiple selections possible)
・If you request cancellation even once after completing your lottery application, your application will be invalidated for all items that will be released thereafter.

3. Only one application per person

・If we determine that your application was made in an unauthorized manner, your application will be invalidated.
・If there are any changes to your application (such as a change of address due to relocation), please contact us by email or phone.

4. [Digital ticket is required] to apply.

・If you do not have a digital ticket in hand, you will not be able to apply for a private bottle.
・Please purchase the admission ticket yourself or receive the ticket and serial code from the representative purchaser.
・You can only apply using your own digital ticket.
・Log in to the My Page of the digital ticket system "CLOUD PASS" and select "Admission Ticket" from the ticket list to display your digital ticket.

5. [Serial code is required] for application.

・The "serial code" is written on the "ticket email" or "digital ticket face."
・When purchasing multiple admission tickets, if two or more people wish to apply for a private bottle, the ticket purchaser must make sure to distribute the admission tickets to each person before entering. (Click here for distribution method)
・Serial code can be used [one per person] [only once for each item].

6  The lottery and product delivery differ depending on the item.

・Applications will be made for all items at once, but a lottery will be held and the expected delivery date will be determined depending on the arrival status of each item.
・Release times vary, so please check the product specifications for the estimated delivery date when applying.
・Delivery times are estimates only at this time. Details will be released once finalized.
・Please note that the shipping time may change depending on the situation.

7. Only the winners will be notified of the lottery results by postcard.

・We will only inform the winners, so those who are not selected in the lottery will not be notified.
・You will be notified by postcard of the winning notification.
・We cannot answer inquiries regarding the lottery method or lottery results.

8. Notification of delivery date.

・The actual delivery date will be informed on the winning notification postcard.
・Please specify your desired delivery time when making your application.
・The estimated delivery schedule is only a guideline at this time. Subject to change depending on circumstances.
・As a general rule, we cannot accept changes to the delivery address after shipping, unless there are unavoidable circumstances.
・If the delivery address changes due to moving etc., please contact us as far in advance as possible.
・If there are any changes, please contact the vendor at least 4 days before the scheduled shipping date stated on the winning information postcard sent to the winners.
・We cannot ship to anyone other than the person who registered when you placed your order.
・One item will be shipped. To prevent incorrect shipments, we cannot accept mixed shipments with other products. Please note.

9. Payment method is cash on delivery only.

・Payment method is "cash on delivery" only.
・At the time of delivery, you can pay by credit card, debit card, or electronic money in addition to cash.
・In addition to the product price, a separate cash on delivery shipping and handling fee of 1,300 yen will be charged.
・The delivery address cannot be changed after the product has been shipped.
・If you wish to have the product resent, please pay the actual additional shipping costs in addition to the above charges.
・The storage period for the prize is, in principle, within three weeks from the scheduled delivery date specified on the winning notification postcard. If we do not receive a claim by then, the prize will be forfeited.
