Chichibu Distillery has about 14,000 casks in storage, and we have chosen to use wine casks for the first time in this series. The animal depicted on the label is ”sea otter”.

This is the eighth bottle in the series and the second Tsunuki. The sherry hogshead was selected from among many samples. The Tsunuki distilling team was also satisfied with this barrel. It is full of Tsunuki's unique character which is clearly different from that Shinshu.

Kuju Distillery in Kuju(Taketa city,Oita prefectuer),started production last February 2021. Kuju is made in a cool dimate at an altitude of about 600 meters. It is characterized by its strong and clear aftertaste. This is the first appearnace of Whisky Talk Fukuoka.

The absinthe made last year was specially aged and vatted for a new gin.
The new gin was made with botanicals such as juniper berries, pigeon, fennel, and cardamom.

"Joyful Heaven" is overjoyed by the mechanisms and sounds of motorcycles.
He is curious and begs to be allowed to touch the machines instead of his favorite modaca.
It is very well-balanced inside, and it is hard to say which is better, the 5th Dal-Yin or this one.

This elegant malt series features a label with the artwork of Chisato Tanaka, a painter living in Fukuoka.
The artwork was selected from a group of works that expresses her thoughts for the future.
The feeling is like eating freshly baked bread in a conifer forest.
